Company Services Joinee Agreement
Join fee AED 10,000 — credited for 6 months, then charged. Company contractor. UAE law. Not legal advice.
- The company is an independent contractor. Company staff are not Lipslay employees.
- Join fee is AED 10,000, posted as wallet join_credit for 6 months. Not a live Stripe charge at signup. After 6 months Lipslay auto-charges join_charge from wallet, then Stripe if needed.
- Valid UAE trade license, TRN, and owner ID (KYC) are required before credit and listing unlock.
- The first 1 service is free. Extra services need an active paid monthly membership (advance).
- RFQ / Membership: percent commission on bookings. No ads / confirm enquiry.
- RFQ + Ads: 10× RFQ package price. No percent. Ads fee only. Confirm enquiry included.
- Company Products / Market wholesale is a separate marketplace and is not covered by this services agreement.
- Unpaid or expired membership hides new RFQ/ads without deleting existing customer orders.
- Company and staff photos must not be adult or show phone/email/QR. Repeat media breaches can suspend the listing.
Profile photos & community
Photos on this profile must follow Lipslay community rules and applicable law (including UAE). Do not upload adult or sexual images, exploitation of minors, hate, or graphic violence. Do not show a phone number, WhatsApp, email, or QR code in a photo, caption, or filename. Lipslay may hide the image, issue a 7-day warning, then suspend the listing if the same issue repeats.
