Expert Joinee Agreement

Join fee AED 1,500 — credited for 6 months, then charged. Independent contractor. UAE law. Not legal advice.

  1. You are an independent contractor, not a Lipslay employee.
  2. Join fee is AED 1,500, posted as wallet join_credit for 6 months. It is not a live charge at signup. After 6 months Lipslay will auto-charge join_charge from wallet, then Stripe if needed.
  3. The first 1 service listing is free. Additional services require an active paid monthly membership paid in advance.
  4. RFQ / Membership plans charge a percent commission on bookings. No ads. No confirm enquiry.
  5. RFQ + Ads plans cost 10× the matching RFQ plan. No percent. Only the ads fee. Confirm enquiry is included.
  6. KYC (ID / documents) must be approved before join-fee credit and listing unlock.
  7. Expired or unpaid packages hide new RFQ/ads. Existing customer orders are not cancelled by this agreement.
  8. Lipslay may suspend listings for KYC, quality, unpaid fees, or media-policy breaches (adult content or contact details in photos).

Profile photos & community

Photos on this profile must follow Lipslay community rules and applicable law (including UAE). Do not upload adult or sexual images, exploitation of minors, hate, or graphic violence. Do not show a phone number, WhatsApp, email, or QR code in a photo, caption, or filename. Lipslay may hide the image, issue a 7-day warning, then suspend the listing if the same issue repeats.
